Printing: Quality of print is bad, no more ink

Question:

The quality of print is bad, the printer seems to be out of ink?

Answer:

Step 1: Check the toner catridge

First check the toner catridge and shake it, to loosen the ink inside.

Shake the toner as shown in the image

Step 2: Replace the toner cartridge

If step 1 doesn't solve the problem, please replace the toner as shown on the image below. Toners can be found in the closet next to the printer. If there are no more toners, or if you have taken the last toner, please notify the helpdesk.
